Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes — a deposit is required to secure your appointment, and it comes off the cost of your treatment on the day.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late notice may incur a fee.
Do injectables and laser need a consultation or patch test?
Yes. All laser treatments need a patch test (£50, redeemable). Anti-wrinkle, filler and other injectables require a free consultation before booking, in line with UK 2023 regulations.
